III. Failure and troubleshooting methods of weak or low speed back dragging

IV. Key points of drilling operation

1. Start the diesel engine at idle speed or low speed (the rotating speed is no more than 1000r/min), and run it at low speed for 10-30 minutes; If it is in winter, it must run at no load and low speed until the hydraulic oil temperature is above 10℃ before loading and construction.

5. Key points of preparation before starting the rig

Before starting up, check whether the diesel oil is full, whether the antifreeze is sufficient, whether the oil level of the engine oil is normal, and whether the electrolyte of the battery is sufficient. (4) Check whether the handles of each valve and all electronic control switches of the hydraulic system are in the middle position and whether the handles of the mud pump are in the neutral position.

6: precautions for rig operation

3. The drilling speed should not be too fast, and the drilling speed should be reasonably selected according to formation conditions.

4. Alkaline batteries should be used for the probe. After the battery is used once, it can never be used again.

5. When making inclined jacking, it is better to control the jacking volume at about 1m each time, and the curve should be slow.

IX: hydraulic oil usage and precautions

(1) hydraulic oil is the power Blood of the whole machine. (3) it is recommended to use No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil when the temperature is between 10 degrees and 40 degrees; It is better to use No. 32 anti-wear hydraulic oil when the temperature is lower than 10 degrees; It is better to use No. 32 low-setting hydraulic oil when the temperature is lower than minus 10 degrees. 10: use and maintenance of track chassis

1. All traveling wheel should be filled with lubricating oil at one time. There is no need for refueling and maintenance at ordinary times, but the planetary gear box of walking reducer should be checked once after working for one year. Oil drain hole (outer end face cover) turn to the lowest position and loosen screw plug. If the lubricating oil is seriously polluted, the oil should be changed in time.

2. After completing a project, the track tightness should be checked. Inspection standard: lift the chassis off the ground with the front anchor board and rear legs of the mast, and keep the middle tread of the lower track within the outer edge of supporting wheel. If it is too loose, open the square cover on the side of the walking frame, remove the anti-withdrawal card block and tighten it. When replacing a new track, adjust the tension screw to the innermost position of guide wheel for easy replacement.
